Purchasing Bridal, Bridesmaid & Prom Dresses Through Our Bridal Service

On purchasing a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or prom dress from us, we require a 50% deposit to enable your order to be processed and your garments to be put into production. The balance due will then be payable upon delivery of your dress and payment can be made in several ways -

- Payment by personal cheque made payable to 'Bridal Elements'

- Payment by Bank account credit transfer - this type of transaction is a free banking service through most banks.

  - Account No. 6161 3989 - Sort Code: 72-00-03

- Payment by Palpay. If you require this option a payment account will be set up for you through this website to enable you to pay your account.

All payments will need to be cleared before any orders are put into effect. Please be aware that bank clearing can take up to 7 days for some forms of transactions.

Purchasing Bridal, Bridesmaid & Prom Dresses Through This Website

This option is available and if you wish to purchase a dress through this website, please contact us to discuss your colours and sizes and expected delivery dates. Payment can be made in any of the ways listed above. Please be aware that these items are made to order and as such cannot be cancelled or returned once your order has been accepted by the manufacturer and put into production, unless due to defective workmanship.

Purchasing Handmade Crystal Items and Refunds

These items are handmade and we hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you are unhappy, please return the item to us as stated in our returns policy below. To order other colourways etc please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Purchasing Other Items Through this Website

If you are purchasing items through this website, Paypal is the payment option where all major bank cards are accepted, but of course if you would prefer to pay by any of the other methods listed above this can be arranged for you. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will advise you as soon as possible and either offer a suitable replacement or a full refund will be made.

Cancellations

Cancellation of Bridal, Bridesmaid,Prom Dresses and Refunds

If for any reason you have to cancel your order we will do our utmost to return your deposit/monies as of course we understand that things do happen, but if your item has already begun to be processed by the manufacturer at the time of your cancellation, we would not then be in a position to refund any monies already paid.

Cancelling an order for Other Items and Refunds

If you have placed an order with us and then wish to cancel please advise us as soon as posssible and we will do our utmost to stop your order being processed and all monies will be returned to you in full. If your order has already been processed by the time of your cancellation, you will then need to return those goods to us for a full refund. Please go to 'Returns' below for this procedure. For Dress & Crystal Items please see above.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a full refund or exchange of goods on website items (for dress & Crystal returns please see above) providing these items have not been worn or damaged, all packaging is intact and threy are returned to us within 7 working days of receipt. All items must be returned to us in pristine condition and at your own expense (such expense will not be refunded) and ensure that all goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please also ensure that any items are returned to us by recorded/signed delivery in case any items are lost in the post. If any items are subsequently lost or damaged in the post, on this occurrance goods will then be deemed to be bought by yourslf and no reimbursement by this company will be due. A claim will then need to be undertaken by yourself for reimbursement from the relevant delivery company. Please return your goods to: Bridal Elements, 4 Crowhill, Borough Green, Kent TN15 8HR

Refunds

These will be returned as soon as possible and normally within 7 working days but please allow up to 14 days for these monies to reach your bank account, depending upon the type of bank account used.
